Food here is consistently good, service can be hit and miss, but most of the time it’s decent. When they get busy, food actually will be brought to you in a timely manner, but refills and bills you may have to flag someone down. If you get a hot app, it will probably come out with the meal. Very inconsistent when it comes to ingredients on their salads though, my wife will order the same salad on different days and will receive different toppings each time. Also, seems that management is very petty and passive-aggresive in the signs they put up. The front door has a super “welcoming” sign already complaining about people. Inside are a bunch of signs telling you it’s not a fast food establishment and you have to wait. It’s understood that everyone is short-staffed, but they seem to really have a victim mentality. They could pay employees a living wage and then may not have that problem, or just deal with complainers as they come in, but I guess they thought complaining about it would be cute? Not a great way to welcome people to an establishment.

My only complaint is no Coors light on tap. That is a issue and we need to change that. I know you want to support AB but some of us don’t want to anymore now that they have gone in a bad direction. So please consider it, you would see us a lot more!

The jalepenos had no flavor and the burger itself had very bland seasoning. I am only reporting this because their burgers were once much tastier. The wait staff was pretty average. I know they are not a fast food joint (and signs will remind you) but it is still slower than average for a sports bar / burger joint. Wait staff was friendly and helpful.

Rookies experience is much better since they do not allow smoking inside their restaurant anymore. The waitress was wonderful and kept returning to the table to see if we needed anything. The place has nice sporty decor. The ladies bathroom is very curb appealing with a view of eye candy and a cozy candle burning. I love the bathroom doors with the large painted symbols on them identifying men from women. Those bathroom doors you have to give credit to the fabulous bartender.

We been coming here for over 24 years like any restaurant it’s had it’s ups and downs. One thing that has not changed is Sarah the bartender! Whether you sit up the bar or one of her high tops you will not be disappointed. She’s very attentive, casual conversation, food is always correct and timely, you never have to wait for a drink. How many places have you been to that has the same bartender nowdays.

Gobs of TV’s playing a variety of sports. Great beer selections. Wonderful staff. Clean place. Typical bar food selection, but not greasy. Went to watch a game, drank beer & ordered tasty appetizers. We’d never been here before & stopped while passing through. Would return if headed that way again.
