It was the first time I have been there and been disappointed. Steak was tasteless and small. More bread than meat. Never been that way before. I only have cheesesteaks 4 times a year…and I was disappointed. Not worth the bad eating and calories….

Cheesesteak hoagie was Ok. The service was cool. The lady Donna knows the whole neighborhood, which is amazing. But they do allow the struggling community members squat in their store, which was a little uncomfortable for me just being honest. But it was a good gesture just bad for business if you it from the area. Probably will never visit again!

Went here based on the reviews and it is not what it was made up to be. First – this place is a dive. Half the store is the kitchen and the other half is a beer cooler that serves a lot of 20’s to patrons staggering in off the street. There are 5 laminate booths and two are taken up with boxes of merchandise.

Definitely the spot to stop at if you’re in the area or just passing through! My man and I ordered 2 cheesesteaks with fries, at a great price. My daughter (12) tried one for the first time and her response was, “This sandwich is bussin bussin!” Her way of saying it was spot on! Highly recommend!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Falone’s has hands down the best cheesesteak I had in Philly, and I tried a few. The staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely go here! And get everything on it!
