KFC just brought back the double down which is a sandwich that both I and my husband love. We ordered it and got something else. Went to the front to speak to someone about my order and a member of management (or at least she acted like it) started reprimanding me for ordering the wrong thing and the cashier had rung up what I ordered. I showed her my receipt to prove that I had indeed ordered the right thing (because she had even told me that they did not have the spicy mayo), and she told me that I was getting bent out of shape. I never once raised my voice to her as she was speaking loudly at me and telling me that it was no big deal and that it was still the cashier’s fault. I told her that I knew what I was supposed to get since I could not have lots of bread, this is a good fast food choice. Anyways, it reminded me all too well why I do not come to this particular location, and will seriously consider my options in the future.

I ordered an 8 piece meal with no thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw…I ordered crispy chicken…I get home to find out I was sold original that looked like it was dropped in hot grease again…Chicken was old and stale…So I attempt to call the store and all you can get is something that sounds like a fax line…My advice is order your chicken from another store or sit in the drive thru and make sure your order is right before you leave.

This location used to be a good location but so far the past three times I’ve went they have not had items or they don’t know what I’m talking about when a new item is advertised on TV. Today I wanted their new chicken nuggets and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I also asked about the $5 chicken nugget famous Bowl. The reply was they still didn’t know what I was talking about. So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich instead with mac and cheese and the mac and cheese tasted like Kraft out of a box. KFC get your employees to accommodate the costomer when you don’t have items that you’re supposed to have especially when it’s on TV. So far Popeyes is treating me very good when they didn’t have an item, they replaced it with something better or even worth the same value, at least there a accommodating THANK YOU POPEYES.

I was on a bike and went through drive through. No one ever acknowledged me. I went to window. They wanted me to come inside. I ordered two thighs original chicken with strawberry jam and got crispy breast and wing with no strawberry jam (which I’d asked for), no napkin, and no fork. The employees don’t get paid enough to care.
