Stop by on a Saturday morning. This spot is legit as can be. From the ambiance to the customer service and greetings when you walk in or walk up to the spot it is top notch all the way 100 out of 10. I am from Salinas and I would drive out all the way over here just to have breakfast because I can legit say it is one of the better breakfast spots in the entire county of Monterey and Santa Cruz included. Everything here is good from some American Staples and dishes to Mexican, food all of it.

The service here is the best I have ever had. Very attritive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cramped, it feels like you are sitting at your neighbors table having food with them. The food it adequate for a breakfast/lunch. It is standard American with a bit of Spanish flare. Very small parking. less than 10 cars of parking. Moderate wait time 15-20 minutes. There is a sign in sheet when you get there, party size, name, phone #. Note if you get the sausages there are about the size of a bratwurst and there are 3 of them.

Our first time last Sunday 5/15 to Corralitos to try the Cadillac Café is just minutes from Watsonville CA. Great food , great prices, real tasty salsa and excellent coffee along with great customer service. A very clean restaurant inside and outside.. I had lunch and my husband had breakfast and big portions. We will be back real soon!!

I’ve been to diners all across America. A good omlette and a good burger is my metric for American food greatness, and bar basically none, Cadillac Cafe remains to this day the best damn diner I’ve ever eaten in. I moved away from the area years ago and me and my family still day dream about coming in those doors, sitting behind this kitschy 1980s advertisement tables, being greeted by a friendly server with a massive pot of coffee and getting the best Denver Omlettes ever served.

Our server, after giving us a menu, apparently. forgot about us. Finally my friend got up to find her and asked her why our order hadn’t been taken? She said she forgot because it’s so busy. My friend said he thought it was an anomaly since he has gone several times.
