Stood waiting to pick up my order for a few minutes while 2 employees ignored me. While waiting I was looking around behind the counter and noticed the containers of tomatoes and mayonnaise are left open- lids laying on counter, there was various toppings laying all over the counters/floor on both sides of the register. Girl comes from the back with gloves on and cashes out my order. Looked like she went right back to making food with those gloves Get home and our food looked completely thrown together. Not a friendly face to see from employees except the young girl with dirty gloves who cashed out my order. I won’t come back.

As with all Gino’s the service can be hit or miss; hence the 3 stars. Tonight however we had a 5 star night. Ordered a pubwich (a ham and cheese with a pizza crust turnover for bread) and it was delicious. Service was quick and the girl on the phone was friendly. The pizza is one of two things. The best in the valley (for the style it is) or the worst. They used to have a buffet, but it too comes and goes. The sandwiches here though are always good.

Delicious food and friendly staff. They didn’t mind when we switched from carry out to dine in after our pizzas were done. We ordered pizza, wings, bread sticks, and pizza bread. The wings were top notch.

I’ve always been happy with service there buti called in an order and the lady was rude. I was ordering an XL pepperoni pizza and was going on to say I want pineapple and onions and she says hold on I gotta go back in and add that. She was very disgusted that she had to add it. Then proceeded to ask are you sure that’s all you want. I just about told her what she could do with the whole order. I assure you if it happens again I’ll make sure to get my food from Pizza Hutt.

So I call in an order for the 2 for Tuesday, haven’t had baked spaghetti in a minute. One of them was about half the portion of pasta. Neither was as full as your see on the pictures. Also, not our first baked spaghetti. Pasta used to touch the sides, the woman said it weighed out. Now I dont get to see these scales they weigh them on. Something tells me she knew what she was doing and got a free dinner. My sons worked at PH if there was a mess up order employees got to decide who gets pizza. Now not saying it’s the reason, but only one worker, her guy out in the truck waiting on her and 2 messed up baked spaghetti
