I love this place. Great food great customer service. The only reason I would not give it a five star is that there’s always only one person on the line. Even on peak hour. Why??? Chipotle need to hire at least one more person. No reason to have one person do a two-job person. Keep up the hard work guys

The dept of health should inspect this place. The place is filthy. The sneeze guard had dried up food sauce all over the front and under the top glass piece. The entire food bins are a sloppy mess. I waited forever with two people ordering in front of me and there’s no one around to take order. When I got up to where you order I observed the mess of the food area I walked right out. Don’t these employees know how to be clean? This can’t be legal. This Chipotle location is so gross. I do not recommend this location.

This chipotle location is really good, came here at 1::37pm “according” to the receipt I was given lol. But other then that the food was good the place was clean. The line was a little messy but understandable…it’s FOOD of course it will spill over on the line during a rush, don’t got to be sensitive about a line being dirty as long as the food is served clean and portions are good then I’m good. Service was a bit slow the kid on line was okay just a little slow with the line but he got help by they lady that came to help him. Other then that tables were clean. Staffing was understaffed as always at this location but hey it’s become a regular thing at this location for me the food here is just always good.

This location is hit or miss on getting your order right. They will omit parts of your order. Ordered guac and chips, they left out chips. Ordered tacos and some of the sides were missing. They never seem to meet the pickup time in the app.

I have been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the past most recent times have been horrible. For one, today I went to pick up my food and I noticed that my chips were not in my bag. I went back in and asked about this, and was told that the fryer was broken. If I didn’t question this I would have been paying for chips that I wasn’t eating. Finally, I got home to see that A GREAT BIG HAIR in my food. I tried to contact the location multiple times and never got a human being to speak to. With all this said I will NOT be coming back here for a very long time. At least Moes Mexican Grill gives me FREE chips and good service.

Long wait unprofessional staff. Avoid this place if you deliver I waited over 23 minutes for an order that was done but wasn’t bagged up. I don’t know why the girl kept making orders but not bag them up for pick up. Big Waste of Time.
