BlackStone Steakhouse in Norwalk CT is our favorite steak house. We go here for every special occasion and anniversary. We recently had our wedding celebration dinner in a private room. Cesar our server that evening did an outstanding job! We all had a wonderful and memorable experience. The food is always great and never disappoints.

Valentine’s dinner here was amazing. There’s a reason why this place is on the top of the list for best steakhouses in Fairfield County and it’s obvious. The 46 ounce porterhouse was cooked just the way I like and I couldn’t ask for more with the espresso martini. Our waiter was so nice and focused on us considering how many people were in the building that night.

Went for restaurant week. The food was good but the service was very slow. For $35 got a steak, mash potatoes and vegetables plus an appetizer either soup or salad. And of course dessert. Got the tiramisu which was delicious. I attended with a large group. Everybody was happy with their food. Only comments about the restaurant being short staff. Will return in the future.

This was the second time I’ve been here. I want to be clear that the staff was super nice and the service was excellent. That having been said, this was the worst steak my wife and I have ever had. Tomahawk Ribeye for 2 for $95. Asked for medium rare. It was served rare, under seasoned and greasy. Absolutely awful. To spend a total of $400 on a nice bottle of wine, sides and a steak like that is terrible. We tipped the wait staff and bar tender very well because they were AWESOME. We won’t be coming back.

Food is 5 star, service on a Friday afternoon 2 or 3 at best. Not lack of staff. Just lack of staff either not well trained or lack of staff giving AF. Could have made lots more $$$ off of us if they provided basic attention. Had to call out multiple times after long waits just to get attention.
