Anytime you go in you feel the frantic pressure in the air. It feels like they are always training. The people in back are laughing with zero worries, meanwhile the girl at the counter is frantic trying to take orders and has to keep asking where her stuff is. The saying, your only as strong as your weakest link applies here. The percentage of weak links to strong is wonky.

This is the second order we placed for a pick up (for a later time) and it wasn’t ready at our scheduled pick up time slot. The employees had no idea where our order was and didn’t even acknowledge that there had been some kind of mistake, it’s as if they didn’t even make it and I had put in the order hours prior. No apologies for the confusion and zero customer service. We get home to find the bottom of the pizza wasn’t even cooked through and was basically raw dough in the middle. Why even place an order ahead of time if it won’t be ready? Also, on the last order it wasn’t in the “pick up oven” where it’s kept warm, it was sitting on the back counter and cold. They had all the pizzas stacked up on the back counter where they are getting cold. Place is garbage and last time we order from there.

You don’t even need a description to know what sucked about my order. It looked nasty, tasted nasty and was nasty all together. How is this store still open. Most of the managers have a horrible attitude. Everyone that orders waits 30-45 minutes at a minimum to get there order. Some are crazy enough to wait an hour plus. Please for the love of everyone shut this store down.

This Little Caesars is the grossest one i’ve ever been to. I’ve tried the food here multiple times and it’s always disgusting. The workers were clearly never trained correctly. They also aren’t friendly at all. On one occasion me and 2 others waited for pepperoni pizzas while they were being handed out to people after us. I was a manager at a Little Caesars elsewhere for years and i will say the one in paw paw makes it embarrassing to say i worked at one.

This Little Caesars is hit or miss. When I am able to get a hold of them and put in a order the food has always been good. The people there are kind and try their best but like most places these days they feel understaffed and underappreciated(I imagine). Don’t stop there if you’re in a hurry.

Never hot and ready. Only have kids working . Have been waiting for 20 min just for a crazy bread. Line out the door and no orders leaving the place. Ordered pizza from elsewhere and will have it picked up by the time crazy bread is done .

Other than Indianapolis a very long time ago this was the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The store itself was okay, but the food was not great. We ordered the five meat feast and crazy bread, and when we got to the hotel , we realized that every piece of meat but the pepperoni was in the center of the pizza. The sausage was in this great big huge chunks and completely in the center of the pizza. It made the pizza terrible because you got one bite of too much sausage and then nothing for the rest of the pizza. The bacon was barely there and all in the center also and I’m not even sure what else it was supposed to have on it. The crazy bread tasted good but was cut very weirdly kind of like my three year old granddaughter had cut it. It seemed like there was no Pride in making good food.

The wrost services I have have ever had. The was a guy putting pizzas in box’s with his speaker up so loud that you couldn’t hear the lady at the counter …and there was a older lady making pizza that was rude to the girl at the counter and customers….I order a lunch special…and it tasted like it was in the toaster for hours….I won’t be back

Walked in at 8pm one of the employees was sweeping the floor looked at me didn’t even great me turned his back to me an I stood there another 10 min before the lady came to the counter. An hour before closing they had the computer’s off had to wait another 5 min for them to turn back on before they could take my Order! 5 other ppl where behind me! I step aside so they could take the person order behind me. That person order the same thing I did an the lady at the counter gave him his order before me! And she took the 3 person order and got the same thing AGAIN!! And tried to skip over me A SECOND TIME!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD!!! if I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star! I would!!! That is what they Deserve!
