Super tasty food at a reasonable price! I’ve been in a few times since it is very close to my job, and I can’t say I’ve once been disappointed. The chicken and rice is tender and very flavorful; portions sizes are generous as well.

We had a great experience here from beginning to end. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very friendly and informative. I’m a little disappointed that lamb is not steady on the menu but I get it with the price of meat nowadays. The food was absolutely fantastic. We got the combo and the falafel is some of the best I’ve ever had. The only thing disappointing is that the lemonade I got was $7 and definitely not worth that high of a price. I think this area really needed a place like this and I’m happy it’s come to our community

Staff was nice but the rice was super dry and dark like it had sat all day. Beef was also very dry and the lettuce looked to be yellowing and wilting in the bin. Nan was stale. I was initially quite excited about a halal guys opening closer then the location in Philadelphia but seems to be misplaced. Overall both combo dishes ordered we very un-enjoyable and probably won’t be returning anytime soon for old dry food.

Most certainly a no! 70.00 worth of food that went in the trash. We get halal from a few local places that cost HALF The amount. With a family of 6 one being a baby, it’s important for us to feel like we received quality for our once In a while ordering out. The hummus was so bland, while the photo with a generous drizzle of oil is enticing. That is NOT what you get. It had no oil at all on it. The food over all was bland and they use dark meat chicken, unlike the other places we go. We had multiple tough and chewy pieces of gristle and fat. I’m telling you do not fall for the gimmick of being a famous place, the food is just not up to par especially at the high price! The gyro wraps they are using for dipping and making gyros aren’t even warmed up! It’s stale and dry and just a no. The falafel was about as dry as sand. I don’t think all the white sauce in the world could have helped it. I’m seriously so upset we spent so much money and time. It is a good 20 to 25 min drive for us each way! Ugh, disappointment. Find yourself a local place or a cart! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you want a delicious halal meal, find yourself a good cart or small shop with bomb reviews.

We were wondering around and stopped in to see what it was like. It was clear this was our first time there. The manager was very welcoming and explained the menu to us. He let us sample a few things which was incredibly kind! It was clean inside, the food was great and we will be back for sure!

Really tasty lamb over rice. Got it with a little hot sauce and a little white. It’s more expensive than the corner trucks in Philly but the quality is a bit better. This dish really hits the spot!

First time at the Newtown location and it was delicious. I ordered online and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. Employees were very nice and my food was so good. I can’t wait to go back!

It’s decent , but being from New York I will have to say it’s very bland . Rice and chicken are both under seasoned .

I loved Halal Guys already from living in a different area. Was so excited to finally see it here and it didnt disappoint! The staff is fantastic! Super friendly and happy to help. My order is always accurate and the food is delicious. I’ve tried falafel at some many places and this is some of the best. Portions are huge and filling. Try the baklava! So good. And always love a pickup shelf – makes it so easy

We ordered two beef gyro platters and a side of Hummus. I don’t understand why the taste is nothing like The Halal Guys in NYC. I would recommend using more authentic spices because the overall taste was rather bland especially the rice There was very little meat in both of our platters. The white sauce tasted like it was just mayonnaise. I would have preferred Lamb gyro but it wasn’t on the menu.
