I went there today at about 630pm just one person in front of ordering. After we ordered 2 double burgers and fries and a blizzard, we got our drinks and a sat down. Our blizzard took about 5 minutes to come out but after waiting 20 more minutes after that, people who had ordered after us had their food but our food had not been brought out so we walked up and I asked nicely if we had an eta on our food the girl kinda brushed us off as if we had just ordered. We asked someone else after waiting a few more minutes. They said our order had been given to doordash people and it would be 2 minutes to cook new burgers so they asked the back people for 2 cheeseburgers. The cooks were confused since apparently our order was already x’d out even though we didn’t receive it. Almost 10 minutes after that a double and 2 single cheeseburgers were put in a bag and given to us. As we were already starving and frustrated after waiting over 45 minutes we just took the completely wrong order and left. It was all cold and wrong

After waiting 10 minutes in line a the drive thru and not having any other vehicle in front of ours nor any staff acknowledging there was a customer waiting for assistance, went inside. Discover all if the staff standing around and carrying on conversation. Still not acknowledging any of the customers in line. Spoke up and requested any of the staff on shift start taking customer orders. To which all of them looked at each other and stated none of them were on front counter register. Finally an individual arrived from the back to start taking orders. This is a great way to lose business and customers. The staff at this location require proper training and interpersonal skills to be able to perform their jobs. This reflects poorly on the establishment.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get a small blizzard. Not a single employee was in sight at the window while a line of cars were waiting. When an employee did finally show up and help a customer, another 10 minutes passed before the next customer would get their food. When it was finally my turn to pay and get my blizzard, my blizzard was melted and the wrong flavor. Ended up having to throw it away once I got home and realized it wasn’t even what I ordered. Longest drive thru wait time I’ve ever experienced just to have my order wrong. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you are ever in a hurry, don’t come to this DQ. The food is great but if you dine in it could take up to an hour before you get your food. We have come to this location twice, and each time, they try to clear out the drive thru before serving the inside. We weren’t in a hurry, so it wasn’t a big deal. Some people were getting very angry, though. One guy walked out and said he would never come back. It seems like the drive-thru was going pretty quick. Maybe go that route if you’re in a hurry. Good luck.

I love it here! The food is great and the women that work here get to know you and actually care about you! That must be why it is always crowded inside with the older breakfast crowd. I would suggest going about 10 if you want a seat inside on week days.

I hope this review helps this establishment. Their service fluctuates and at times make the lines build up and see ice slow. Also many times the food need to be returned for various reasons.. this establishment is so close to I64 that you can throw a biscuit and hit the on ramp. So if I’m headed to work as many are.. this is a ideal place to grab a bite. With that said .”with great power there is a need to step up ones game”. Meet the need and empower those at your door. We the people demand it!

This has to be the worst DQ around. Although it only took 20-25 mins for me to get my food… my Blizzard was almost completely melted… so melted it was like cold soup. I have had multiple experiences here where there would only be myself and 1 other car in the drive thru and it would take 30 mins to get food. (Dining room is closed…) Won’t go here again and tell everyone to not go here.
