First of all our server was Christopher and he was awesome. He was totally overworked because the place was full of people, and they were understaffed. We did not mind waiting for our breakfast for 22 minutes, that was bad enough but I ordered hash browns and it took another 18 minutes to get to our table. Why would you serve them on a separate plate and not with my omelet. We had a $50 dollar gift card for my birthday. I tried to use it for the bill and was told that the card was good and worth the $50 dollars. I was told by 3 employees that they were not able to accept gift cards at this location, why not, this is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I paid with my credit card and left the tip in cash for Christopher.

I will never eat here again. Just because the business is busy doesn’t give the workers the right to get an order wrong. I ordered 3 country fried steak combo meals and requested no gravy. Each one had gravy. I ordered a decaffeinated coffee that I didn’t receive. If the person that answers the phone isn’t capable of taking orders, then they shouldn’t answer the phone. That was a waste of $57. I tried to order online but it wasn’t working properly. This is the worst IHOP I have ever ordered from. I am only giving this restaurant 1 star because I am unable to post my review unless I give a rating.

Had the worst experience ever never going there again, avoid the Server Gabriel. I waited over 40 minutes for my food on a Sunday Night. They forgot to add berries on my sons pancakes. They forgot to place in my order until I asked where my pancake/Sourdough order was. Never came to offer refills nor if we needed anything else. They took over 40 minutes for my pancakes and that’s how they were brought out. To make everything worse was a giant hair in between my wife’s pancakes and they did nothing but offer to remove it from our check, we were starving least they could of done was remove that from the check and bring a new plate. We left hungry,angry,upset, disgusted and honestly never going there again. Worst experience in my whole life. Shouldn’t even deserve a single star. Didnt take an image of the hair because we were so angry but the server sure saw it and took it right away before any more customers saw.

If you love your food cold, this is the place to go. If you want a rude manager to make the whole situation worse and have absolutely no resolutions kills, this is the place to go. This IHOP is a black eye to the whole franchise. This IHOP is on my do not return list. On a good note, our waitress was good.

Food was not very good and the waitress tried to charge me extra for fruit that was supposed to be included in the meal combo. I didn’t even finish my food. It was so bland I lost my appetite. waste of $20

After waiting briefly to be seated, we then waited over 20 minutes before we saw a server. Then, it took another 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Then, our food, which was actually good. We were not checked on once and I could not ask for more napkins. After another 20 minutes after we had finished eating, the server finally brought our check. After waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes, I finally get to leave. They need to hire more servers.

Never again…employee Javier needs to learn the difference between fast service and rude service. He never gave us a chance to ask about an order, we literally say one sentence and he ran away. Management needs better training for him. You need to make your guest wanted and comfortable, not being rush on everything. We came during breakfast to start the day and it got ruined by a single bad experience…. Your in the hospitality business, know your part.
