Use to love this place, but the service and the food have gone downhill. Came in for lunch, not busy they seated us, and then we waited 20 minutes and had to go ask for a server. This is not what it use to be.

Definitely no complaints here! The new building is a very nice upgrade from the previous building. It’s almost has that date night kind of vibe when you walk in. The service staff was very nice. The young man who assisted me and my family had real good input on the menu and took very good care of us. Again from my stand point there are no complaints. Great place to eat out at.

Such a wonderful romantic date night!!! The food was good. The dessert was bomb!!! Wasn’t expecting the turtle cheesecake to be so good!!!!!!! And I loved the atmosphere! Our waitress had an accent and I liked it! And the music was SOOO fun

We are visiting. So on our first night the meal was outstanding. Meatballs, fettuccine tutto mare & chicken piccata with amazing salads. Tonight the salad was only lettuce swimming in dressing. And the chicken genovese only tasted of asparagus. Mediocre meal & I’m hoping my pups will eat the leftovers. We came back because the meal & service by Michelle was outstanding. So disappointing & I’m leaving hungry.

I’ve been sick and am severely underweight, so I was excited to go to Luigi’s for dinner. I ordered my dinner and a woman that worked there approach my table and started up a conversation. She proceeded to pray and preach over me and my husband for an hour and a half. Her message was spot on but her timing and location was terrible. I was very disappointed because I had really looked forward to this evening with my husband and instead I got preached at and I had a cold dinner.The woman was talking so fast I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. My husband and I didn’t get to say 2 words to each other. Turned into a disappointing evening. If she wants to preach, let her do it outside. If she had, I would have had a hot dinner and a wonderful evening with my husband. Young Christians often alienate people with their extreme enthusiasm. Right now people need peace and calm. I needed peace and calm and hot manicotti.

Apparently the excuse for our horrible service was it was the servers first week. Then why wasn’t he being shadowed??? One entire order was missed and we waited 15 minutes for one person to be served. In the mean time, no drinks were refilled, the bread basket was left empty, and no one asked if there was anything else we needed. If we wanted it we had to get up and go find it or find someone else to ask. Our server was nowhere to be seen. Until time for the check…he had no trouble getting the entire order on the check!!!
