Owner ? Horrible. Does nothing but sit down in the lobby on her phone and interrupting customers while they are eating. Over working her staff and majority of these 5 stars are her friends and family. She Talks about how bad her employees are. So the best ones left and now this store is unorganized and chaotic. She up the prices on everything just to make her store money and prove to the actual owner that she knows how to run a business. $7.99 for a milkshake? Is ridiculous every other Wayback is still $5.99 until this gets resolves I will continue to write reviews on this matter. Do better

Called to let them know there was a hair in the food. Owner answered, she was extremely argumentative stating that it was impossible. I didn’t ask for a refund or a new sandwich just wanted to make sure their employees hair were tied up properly. Owner still wanted to argue when I was just letting them know from another good service worker to be careful next time. Owner wasn’t having it. Instead of acknowledging the problem and stating she’d be careful next time, she just wanted to shut me up and give me a refund. Rude and careless.

The food is average. I had a burger with cheese, onions, and bacon. There just wasn’t a lot of flavor. Really none at all. I had the chili cheese fries and they had some decent flavor. I only had water to drink so I Can’t speak to the shakes. The servers are friendly and extremely helpful.
