AWFUL! Asked for a green tea with lemon and told they didn’t have lemon. I was then handed an iced tea. When I explained I ordered a hot tea the employee said I ordered iced tea. I insisted I did not and could she please correct the order. She snottily complied. Also the music was blasting very loudly to the point of obnoxious. The place also needs a good cleaning.

I placed a mobile order pickup from the Dunkin on 15. I couldn’t even drink the coffee because of how bad it tasted. I stopped at this Dunkin’ and asked them if the new winter blend is supposed to be bitter, etc. The young man (early 20’s?) behind the counter said it has hints of ginger snap but not supposed to be bitter. Anyway, he offered to make a new cup of the original blend. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I thought that was incredibly nice and it turned out to be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin. This happened on Jan 12 around 5:45pm. I hope he reads this! Thank you!

Was there this past Sunday, they messed up my order gave me decaf and not the coldbrew. Ask them to fix it and they made me wait almost 20 mins. The young lady that waited on me has a bad attitude. This was the 2nd time they messed up my order. I’ve only been here 2 times. Now I’m dealing with corporate since no one from this store has contacted in the time frame I was told they would contact me.

Drive up worker handed me a cup with lid off. I set on my car door to place kid on and when I grab cup it collapses and spills all over my seat and lap. Burnt my legs, soaked my seat and ruined my pants. Manager took my name and said GM would call me after looking at video. They would not let me in to dry off in their bathroom and check on my legs. Horrible as I want to support a new DD that’s closer to my home.

Walked in this morning to a crew I’ve never seen before and I come here at least once a week because it’s the only dunkin in town. The young girl who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. My latte FINALLY didn’t have espresso grounds in it. I really hope they got rid of those rude and nasty other ladies who were working there and frankly making people run for the hills. GREAT experience today 🙂
