What a great new place to enjoy Mexican, Cuban and a taste of the Caribbean. Vast menu all very reasonably priced. Full bar (wine by this weekend). Warm welcome and friendly service. Already thinking what I will eat next time! Chips were fresh as was the salsa. Cheese dip was yummy too!

Awesome place! Very friendly employees and the food was fantastic; a step above the other restaurants around here. About 30 minutes after we left, we realized our daughter had left some goofy plastic ring that just about had her in pieces. We called up and they had already found it and set it aside for us in case we came back. Couldn’t ask for much more out of a restaurant!

I had my first meal (lunch) at Tequilas today and it was absolutely fantastic. I appreciate that the restaurant describes itself as a “Mexican Grill,” but it’s so much more. The menu has a lot of variety and includes several Mexican and Caribbean dishes at reasonable prices. On my first visit, I had a patacón, a sandwich of sorts made with fried green plantain instead of bread. Apparently, the patacón hails from Venezuela but is popular throughout the Caribbean, especially among Dominicans such as the restaurant’s friendly and joyful owner, José. Before starting on the sandwich, I dove headfirst into one of the best baskets of tortilla chips I’ve had in ages. You can actually taste the corn in these chips and see the peppers floating among the tomatoes and onions of the salsa.

BEST MEXICAN FOOD AROUND. Seriously. Food is super fresh and made to order. The service is awesome and it’s a super family friendly environment. The owner also makes the best drinks ever. This place is ten times better than the place that’s been open in Pelham for forever.

I really enjoy Tequilas Mexican Grill & Cantina for the delicious food, music, colorful decorations, and the most delicious and fresh Alambres! Their enchiladas are yummy too! This is owned by a lovely family who is very kind. They know how to make you feel welcome along with providing a great experience. You must dine here!

This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. It’s got a different flavor. In a good way. The presentation of the food and beverage is like something from a fine dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly. They take pride in the quality of their presentation. And the surprising part is the prices are very reasonable.
