We love Outback!! Always consistent always delicious! It’s always clean. Austin, our server was excellent. He gave us the information we needed to make our experience lovely! Several times one of the servers came to ask if we needed anything. They seem to work together very well. It’s our go to place for steak and lobster!

I took my mom out to eat, it was our first time. We both work in the service industry and it’s really great when the manager and the staff are courteous, respectful, and outgoing. We had Jose I believe he was a manager check up on us and he seemed genuine when asking about our experience. I will definitely be back.

Enrique was an excellent server at Nw expressway outback. He made sure we were never left with thirst or starvation. Came here for a quick meal, with no stress, was ready to tip well and order something nice. Ordered prime rib at medium rare with a potato- no bacon. Steak was served to me well done. I complained, had it sent back, and the next time around they served it to me actually raw (basically still mooing). Finally, gave up, ordered a sirloin which they offered to make it right… but once they finally got the steak right, they served me a potato WITH bacon. ♀️ To top it off, my server fell off of caring for me early. I was forgiving with my server… understood it was not his fault and was ready to tip him well. However, after he realized I was not happy with my first steak… he checked out and stopped serving me completely, and I was left to wait around for management to bring me my to-go items. To put it simply… no matter what was done, I simply could not get what I ordered. 2 stars because they comped the meal and made it right… but the cook who was going to make me sick serving a raw steak? I felt like he was doing it on purpose because he was mad I complained about the first steak. The second steak (pictured here) is clearly raw and not sure what was going through the cook’s mind.

Ordered a 15 oz medium rare ribeye steak, and it was brought to me cold. The server said that they just took it off of the grill but I am a chef myself and I knew that was a lie. It was cold to the touch like it had been sitting there. Advise the supervisor that my steak in wholemeal was cold and could not eat it. So they had to cook my steak. I just went ahead and ate some of the brussel sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes cold. My husband was almost finished with his food so I did not want to have him sit and wait for me to eat so I waited for them to bring my steak out. It took them very fast to make it, when they brought it out to me it was rare instead of medium rare. The supervisor looked at my steak and tried to tell me that it looked medium rare to him. But out of all of the years that I have been cooking and preparing steaks I knew he did not know the difference between rare and medium rare. My steak was very rare. I just asked for a to-go box to put the rest of my food in because I couldn’t finish eating it. Had to place it back in the oven when I got home but it did not taste well. The staff was friendly and gave you a warm welcome. The Waiter was very nice and prompt. I do not care too much about the food. I don’t think that I will eat there again. The manager did not charge me for the steak that they had to remake. The bloomin Onion was pretty good but just a little bit greasy.
