I have lived in the south, I have lived in Kansas City, I have lived on the west coast. I travel often and I’ve had Barbecue all over this country. This is, by far, the best brisket I’ve ever had. I’m not a particularly wealthy man, but I’ll be finding a way to have this shipped out for my wedding reception.

I must have caught them on a bad day but I had a pretty bad experience. The meat was good but the sides were not. We waited over 35 minutes for sandwhiches with cold fries and old, soggy, spoiled coleslaw as our sides. Truly disappointing. Server only came back once when we were almost done. It wasn’t that busy but they were sitting down and chatting with tables. It was frustrating as we were in the middle of a work day and was hoping to get back to work quickly.

Nice place to grab lunch if you can! Highly recommend the ribs and onion rings. People there are beyond friendly and the atmosphere screams small Texas BBQ. My family always tries to stop there when we pass through!
