Such delicious food! I loved my banana foster French toast and there was an enormous serving of it. We had great service. My best friend liked his biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend this place. It was clean and it was a tasty experience.

Stopped in for some Louisiana style brunch. This place is easy to get to and there is ample parking. The restaurant is very charming. Dani greeted me as soon as I entered and made me feel comfortable and at home. I also met David I believe is the cook. Super friendly and accommodating. I ended up ordering the Bayou Grits. Absolutely delicious even with some tweaks by David since the fresh daily delivery of shrimp had not arrived yet. This place was a delight and I will be back with my wife soon for a little date. Come see why Louisiana food is so amazing!!!

Adorable little spot in Lincolnville. Little behind on my reviews but we special ordered a king cake for Mardi Gras. The first one there was a little mishap and it was not the best, there was a problem during proofing. I reached out to the owner and they offered to remake it asap. They were slammed during that time, but had a replacement very quickly. The cake was beautiful and tasty. Prices comparable to having one shipped online. Will be back for breakfast.

While staying in Linconville we stumbled across this lovely establishment by accident! There was another breakfast place nearby that had an hour wait which we decided to skip and ended up at the Roux. We were not disappointed! The employees were super friendly and the food came quickly. Large portion sizes. We got the Coop and the NOLA Benedict. 10/10!

Went to Roux for Breakfast Friday. Ashley and Tara took great care of us! They were very into the menu and made great recommendations. Came back the next day and broke a friend. Ordered the Ponchetrain Bowl both times because it was SO good! Great staff and kitchen production folks!!!!

Had Roux Organics Cater my friendsgiving party of 30 people they were kind and courteous and even had gluten and dairy free options! The food was top notch we had 11 sides, two pies, a chocolate cake, Ham and Turkey the flavors Of everything blended well together and the price was very reasonable for what we got. I would recommend anyone to use them to cater there Party especially if you enjoy quality and flavorful food. Thank you Roux Organics!
