This place is absolutely disgraceful and inconsiderate of patrons to their building. The staff delivery drivers insist on parking in the fire lane in front of the store which makes it difficult for people backing out of a parking space. They block handicap access on a regular basis.

I don’t like it here.Getting your food in store is quick and fast. Delivery takes an hour MINIMUM. Why am I tipping at least 20% but waiting sometimes 2 hours just to have my food delivered and have it be cold and hard by the time it arrives?

Third time coming in and ordering here, every time it’s messed up. I order a #12 with bacon, no tomatoes. I got a #12, no tomatoes, no cucumber, no bacon, and half the bread wasn’t mayo-ed. JJ’s has fallen a long ways since I worked there 10 years ago.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Jimmy John’s. But man, I’m super picky and often have to go through my sandwich with a fine tooth comb to pull off lettuce, guacamole, etc. If I’m ordering a slim, it’s because I don’t want all that other stuff.

My go to place for subs or any time I want something quick and not greasy. They are truly freaky fast as I can order as I’m getting in my car and get there in 5 mins or less and its usually waiting for me. My favorite is the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian. I’ve literally never seen so much meat on a sub I didn’t make. You can easily customize the sandwich and save it in the app. If you get the day old bread just toast it for a few mins and make your own great sandwich.

I ordered at 5:18pm. 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Our food was delivered at 7:18 pm. 2 hours later! Not fresh either. I could easily tell they made the sandwiches as soon as they were ordered and they sat there the bread was soggy and gross. I can understand understaffing. But 2 hours is ridiculous.
