The restaurant is a 45-mile drive. But, the drive is well worth it. We have been going to Skidmore’s for years. We have seen lots of improvements during that time. The one thing that had been consistent is “one of the best steaks in Mississippi.” The restaurant is always clean and friendly staff. I can’t say enough except. Try it and you’ll see for yourself.

We stopped here on or way to Mobile, AL. We were looking for somewhere “different”. It was a nice, quaint restaurant. The pickle fries were great!!! My husband and I both enjoyed the food. We had a good experience and many locals came in around lunch for the lunch buffet which changes daily. Very friendly staff.
