Visiting Omaha for a family reunion, we decided to give Stella’s a try (after all, it’s in George Motz’s Great American Burger book!) The hype is well deserved! The burger was delicious and ingredients tasted like they were fresh. The staff was warm and welcoming. My only disappointment is that I don’t live closer!

The bun didn’t taste fresh. Otherwise, this was an excellent burger. The meat was griller perfectly, and the toppings were spot-on. They have a good variety on the menu as well. The fries were well-prepared. I plan to go back.

Best hamburgers in town! We went last night for dinner and everything was excellent! Their onion rings and homemade kettle chips are to die for! I got a cheese burger, and my boyfriend got their Friday night brisket hamburger special. We like our hamburgers more on the juicer side so we both ordered them medium rare. I think they usually cook them well done so you just need to ask them to cook it to your liking. We love Stella’s! ❤️

This place is my father’s favorite restaurant, so I’ve been here many times. It has always been great, dine-in or take-out. I’ve tried every burger on their specialty menu, I would consider all of them above a 3/5 on quality! My favorite right now is the Pastrami Burger!
