Bella Luna apparently has new owners, and I am highly unimpressed. Now I am on a mission to find my new favorite chicken parmigiana spot, the new owners missed the mark on a simple dish. My chicken parm dish from bella luna is usually has crispy yet tender chicken cutlets. This time around I have soggy, burned chicken that’s tough to cut. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza roll that’s more like a loaf of bread, with tons of cheese and 4 small sizes of pepperoni. Let me not forget that the cheesy, loaf of bread called “pizza roll” was also burned. Will definitely not be going back. RIP old Bella Luna.

Under new management, this place has gotten bad. We ordered pizza, salad, and a wrap about 5:30pm and called at 7:00pm to find out they didn’t receive our order or didn’t see it (We ordered online). They gotta give ownership back or something. Like deadasss, im die next time i ordered pizza.

I ordered bella Luna 8/16/23 on the phone and gave my card number.. that same day my card was hacked and someone ordered from esty..a couple hundred bucks..I never use my card on the phone ..only to order pizza..I called and told the manager..they don’t care ..all they said was oookk?? they will deny it but I know it was them.. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! THIEVES !!!

Small pizza place, from the out side not much to look at don’t judge a book by it’s cover kinda deal. .. .. I was a bit concerned at 1st thought it might be pick up only (you walk in right to the counter) but they do have a restaurant/sitting area. The food here was good I had the shrimp scampi it was really good I would get it again. I will be going back to try their pizza.

Honestly if I could give them no stars I would. The parmesan cheese on the table had something in it and had yellow too because it had been on the table for God knows how long. Both our appetizer and pizza took an hour to come to our table. Also our waitress actually gave us our bill before our pizza had even come to our table. How unprofessional! When we spoke to the owner about our complaints he had nothing but excuses and could care less and was to much in a hurry to get back in the kitchen. He did say that they were primarily a take out place and they did not know that our ticket was for dine-in. In short when our ticket was put in, all those orders that called take-out orders before us were taken care of first. Also we had decided to use a Groupon wich was for dine in only, yet the restaurant is “primarily take out”, to me that indicates they’re trying to build-up their dine-in customers but they sure have a way about treating them like dirt. The icing on the cake was that there restrooms where nasty a could be.

Order delivery quickly…Chix wing count is advertised as 10 piece received 8. Called and was told website needed to be updated.. they now serve only 8..was promised refund. Wish I had waited to call..almost the whole order was bad ..chix parm was dry and threw it out.. garlic knots were requested light on garlic… they were overloaded with garlic and tasted bad as well as sliced bread .. must have been a bad batch of dough. Fried mozz had barely any cheese… pieces used to be thick slices. This restaurant used to be a favorite.. idk what has changed but won’t order again. Very disappointed.. the owner is always pleasant.. but tonight’s dinner was awful.
