Food is always AMAZING, they’re probably 4-5 other Chinese restaurants in the area & this is the best in food quality. This service however, isn’t great. The owner of the establishment always seems uptight & is extremely rude at times. She has no customer service skills whatsoever, it’s makes you not want to support the business. It’s such a shame because the food is so good.

Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone is so rude. Her accent is very strong and I couldn’t understand her. She started yelling and hung up the phone on me. Will never order from this place again!

I’m trying to place my order the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on the call as I’m trying to call to place an order my call is being ignored. You expect to get businesses but you’re being rude to customers. This is unacceptable.

When it gets busy or something I’m not sure why but the lady on the phone gets so rude, I was out of work and ordered from them once, and I ran a bit late cause I thought I would make it on time but she called at probably cursed at me and the delivery guy was giving me attitude. I felt bad so I gave a $20 tips but then I realize they just cursed me out so I threw the food away and never ordered from them again.

The food is ok but it’s that rude lady that answers the phone when you call for your order that earns them a 1 star. She is in some real need of a business etiquette course…or a few. Customer service sucks, the delivery guy is nice though.

Ordered from here once. Delivery time was excellent and accurate. I ordered the boneless ribs and plain fried rice. The meat tasted fine but there was an odd odor coming from the meat. I believe it could have been on the verge of going bad that’s why it smelled that way. Anyway I was turned off by the experience and will not be ordering from there again. I gave three stars because the delivery time was exactly what they told me it would be and my wait was less then 30 minutes not a bad turn around.
