After some light shopping my wanted vegan chilli from gold star. A quick trip through the drive thru and our food was ready. Trying to eat healthier lead me to the chicken bacon ranch salad. Tasty. They just don’t do chilli the right way but a few other things on the menu also.

Drove into Cincinnati from Louisville/Southern Indiana, for a Dr. visit next door. Decided to stop in, and try GOLD STAR for the first time ever. Very clean establishment. Was greeted with a smile. The staff was so polite, and professional. We appreciate the hospitality. Keep up the great work. So, glad you had veggie chili. I had THE BEST 5-way chili, with oyster crackers. YUMMM, will definitely have GOLD STAR again.

The food is great as always, especially whenever I go out to pick the coneys up at the drive thru, or eat inside. If you want to see how fresh their food is (particularly the cheese), I recommend dining in. Other than that, it is one of my favorites in the Greater Cincinnati area. Almost as good as Skyline Chili, even if their chilis taste different. Still good though.

I placed an order today and it wasn’t what I expected. The 3 way came with no cheese or crackers. The 5 way didn’t come with cheese or onions and crackers. I requested onions and mustard on the side as well. How can you have a 3 and 5 way without cheese ? Don’t you do a check before it goes out ? You have lost a customer.

Just left the drive thru, ordered 4 way onion, chili on the side. Got home and the spaghetti is overflowing, and the chili cup not even fill half way. It’s way less than half full. I’m not looking for the cup to be fill to the top but when I picked the cup up I knew there was nothing in it. I get gold star or skyline at least 2 times a week. I feel like I at least get my money worth but not at this Goldstar. I have never been taken advantage like I have tonight. I agree with another commenter. They screw u at the drive through and this is the second time. I eat at this location all the time and it’s not like that dining in. I’m heated. I tried to call and no pickup no voice mail.
