Waitress, manager and cleanliness of the restaurant were great. Only giving a 1 star because the food was horrendous. Overcooked, bland, rubbery, with no flavor. I don’t think it’s the local’s fault, red lobster corporate really needs to step their menu game up. They are not going to be able to compete with the other up and coming restaurants, completely redo your flavorings and menu – please!

The highlight of our dinner was our server, Gabby. She had a table next to us with the most rude customers but she handled them with grace. People don’t understand what it’s like to work in the service industry and how easy it is to just be kind. My husband and I are blessed and wanted to bless Gabby and make her night better and I can say we achieved that. The squeal we heard from the kitchen as we were grabbing our things and going put the biggest smile on our face. You deserved it, girl.

My brother took our Mother and me out to eat for Mother’s Day. We received our appetizers, which were delicious and then we waited for over an hour for nothing. I asked our waitress how much longer we had to wait for our food and she said she would check on it. She came back with the manager who told us our order had gotten lost and he was so sorry and they were working on our order as soon as they could.

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 0 because the attitudes of management was cooperative and understanding. However, my friend’s crab legs were brown. My “chef” salad was literally romaine,dressing and croutons. I didn’t order any meat but I expected tomatoes, carrots, cucumber or something other than just lettuce. There was a shrimp tail wrapped into the paper towel with my silverware and I didn’t have any shrimp And my sangria must have been a virgin sangria because I tasted no alcohol
