Food is good but the workers are rude especially if they think your a doordash driver. I ordered for pick up through doordash and when I came up saying I had an order they didnt even ask my name and shoved a completely different order at me and slammed the window shut.

KFC never seems to disappoint. I felt like I won the lottery when they not only were serving chicken gizzards on their Buffet but also chicken livers. A great filling well-balanced freshly made supper cheaper than the golden double double arch. Thanks Maryville KFC.

I hadn’t gone in to dine for awhile the food was good but, boy was it filthy and grimy. The covers on the buffet were dusty and greasy. The counters full of food debris buildup. The pop machine is full of build up to the point they don’t turn off unless pulled back. Table was sticky. Probably not going back for awhile.

I love KFC and the food is usually always good from here but i usually always go through the drive thru . But today on August 28 2022 we went inside to dine in and I was instantly disappointed of the condition of the inside of the building. Right when you walk in the floor and walls look disgusting the bathrooms are dirty the drink station and condiment containers were disgusting. Facility cleanliness is terrible. Something needs done.

We arrived at 7:21 pm. Order was finally taken at 7.29pm. We figured even being short and slow staffed we would have our food within 10 minutes. Nope it was 8:04pm after we got our food and it wasn’t even hot. Girl who took our order acted like this was the worse thing asked of her that day. When we finally got our food no apologizing for the long wait. When I said hey I hey your slow and short buy waiting over 30 minutes our food should be blazing hot. She still didn’t say sorry only stated if I wanted her yo she could warm them in the microwave or we could wait 20 minutes for them to drop fresh chicken. We said never mind. Barely ate any of it(over 90% went in the trash) again no apology or anything. Will not be back at all. I’ll drive the 50 miles to the next town before I’ll come back to this location. Very disappointing…KFC is my favorite plus lobby and tables was dirty and soda area was as well.

The chicken was great, as always! Upon ordering fries, the communicated wait time was 4 minutes. That turned into 10 without any updates about the status of the order. The hot fries were then stacked directly on top of the slaw, making the slaw warm and the fries cold. That sack was placed into a larger sack with the chicken and biscuits. The chicken maintained heat as expected. Jelly and honey were missing from the order.
