Decided to get a chillata. Went to drive thru. He asked order and when I told him. He told me to pull forward. So I drove to the window. He took a minute and then asked what I wanted. I said the butter pecan and he said yeah and I hadn’t even finished telling him the order. He waved me on and I told him the order. He said ok and handed me a frozen coffee. The photo shows the chillata with whip cream and topping. I got none of that and paid $6.00. It wasn’t even full.

The person working took 5 minutes to even recognize I was standing there waiting to order because he was screaming on the phone. Then, he walked up barefoot wearing no shoes after he was sitting down rubbing his feet! He did not even wash his hands after making my coffee! It was absolutely disgusting! I will Definitely not be coming back to such an unsanitary store! I want to report this to the health department it is so gross!

I’d like start this bad review with a statement. Worker or customer, using a restroom is a human right. Refusing to allow the public to use the restroom violates that. Also, after my friend and I ordered another customer walked in and she stood in line for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. She ended up leaving without ordering. We will not be returning to this location.

Went in to get drinks because it was convenient, it was an hour before closing but the worker would not take my order because he wanted to leave early and had friends waiting in the waiting room. Seeing all the pictures of the food people have received I think it was better this way anyways. Will never go again, don’t waste your money here.

5:45 they lock the door and quit serving…they stated At 6 o’clock on a Friday they decided they don’t want to work so they closed even though their hours are until 8 o’clock…the cashier even said it and had friends sitting in the dining room. Just close this one down. They have terrible food. And very rude workers. I only went here because my kids begged me to. Never will I go there again. Terrible service, Communication issues and refusal to try and make custom whole or happy.

I love the onion and chive stuffed bagels, hash browns, and the tomato pesto cheese sandwich. Very tasty! But this location does lack on some things. First, the place looks dead every time I pass by and once I went to the drive through and no one talked even though there were people there. I left out of there disappointed. Another huge problem I had with this place is that every time I make an ubereat order, I always get a missing item or incorrect item. This happened twice! And they don’t pick up the phone either. Once I ordered the egg white with veggies with some other stuff and didn’t even get the egg white. Recently ordered chive onion stuffed bagel, hash browns, and some other stuff, they didn’t even give me the hash browns, and instead of the chive onion bagel, they gave me the regular cream cheese which I don’t like. I’m never going to get food there again. Horrible service. They need a new management because it’s so unprofessional.
