My First Time Eating here and OMG!! It was soo Delicious Kinda Pricey but it was soo worth it. I ordered The Ranch Turkey & Bacon with Curly Fries Meal & an order of Mozzarella sticks boy where they the bomb!! Food was made Fresh, made to order, Employees were friendly and Restaurant was clean. I’m definitely going to eat here again and tell my family and friends all about it.

Ordered a chicken sandwich to go, drove 20 minutes home, open it up, no chicken at all on it. All my husband did was ask to add cheese. Not remove chicken. This is a 10 dollar sandwich for no meat. Sadly it’s not worth a 40 minute round trip to get chicken that’s missing.

I’m usually an Arby’s fan. To be fair I showed up during a rush, but there seem to be some minor management issues. The finished food was piling up late lunch and they were more focused on taking orders from a long line than putting food out. So people were waiting unnecessarily long. Also the A/C didn’t seem to be working, which was a bit unpleasant. The workers do seem friendly and the food was tasty. For now – I’d be cautious showing up during a rush.

Pop machine didn’t have co2 so all the pop was flat. Wasn’t allowed to get just a sandwich had to be a combo then wasn’t allowed to change the fries in to cheese sticks for the extra cost to upgrade. Had to buy cheese sticks separately. Over all the order process was terrible and didn’t get what we really wanted. Do not recommend.

I love Arby’s. Jalapeno Bites was the bomb. Whoever came up with that jam to go with the jalapeno bite was excellent. That orange cream shake didn’t care for that. Love my curly fries with the horsy sauce and my roast beef sandwich. The white sauce.

Holy moly! I did not know there was an Arby’s anywhere near me. We were at the Pearlridge Center shopping center (Aiea mall) and when I saw it, I beelined in! I went for the old classic, the beef and cheddar with the curly fries and a soda. It was fresh, perfect, just like I remember in all the best ways. Everything came out hot and fresh. They have plenty of areas to dine in with booth options and they have plenty of booster chairs if you need those as well. They have the refillable drink fountain. I haven’t seen one of those in forever! So endless soda… lol… the parking is super easy. It was a busy Saturday and there was plenty of space for free in the first level of the parking garage that leads you into Macy’s when you go across the crosswalk. It’s a great mall to visit in general. It reminded me a lot of the nice mainland malls that weren’t too huge to handle for normal shopping, and they had your regular brand stores; not all that Gucci tourist trap stuff and what not.

No refills allowed so I bought just the sandwiches to go. Roast beef and cheese, which was 5 star. The Rubin was missing from my order and some other sandwich was in the bag. Had to go back, got my Rubin but when I ate it, the Rubin was soggy.
