I love Moe’s but the people they got working there make it a bad experience. I went there to get dinner and The people that work there got the worst attitudes I ever seen in my life. They act like you asked them for a arm when you ask for more Chipotle sauce or anything. Remember young people you choose this job I didn’t choose a job for you nor the customers fix y’all attitudes.

Always love the food but just walked into Moe’s. Stood there for 2 min and the employees just kept doing whatever. No acknowledgement at all. So my daughter and I just walked back out the door. I refuse to accept such poor service but the word seems to be allowing it… except at Chick Filet of course.

Not the best experience at this Moe’s. We were in the area for a trip and stopped in. Got a couple things on our order wrong and got mixed attitude about it. First server got a bit huffy when we asked about choices for rice. He just assumed which type we wanted. Had to ask for sides a couple times to actually get them.

Went in on Burrito day, we weren’t informed until we were ordering that the BOGO had to be done online. So of course we were frustrated but still wanted to get our BOGO. The manager told us to go ahead and place our order at the counter and so we wouldn’t be waiting a long time and then allowed us to order in the app. Very busy that day of course and many upset customers because of the BOGO policy being through the app. If I had to complain, it would be that the burrito almost always falls apart on me and I have to end up eating it with a fork.

I just came out the wilson lection. That was the worst experience I every had @ moe’s. Sauce was all over the table top & look like it’s been there awhile. Then I had to stand there about 7 minutes waiting on someone to bring more saucer out. So little steak I might can’t taste it.

I thought Moe’s had closed for good. Come to find out, they moved from Forest Hill Road to Raleigh Road Parkway. I enjoy the Nachos, and got my mom the Chicken rough bowl. Looking forward to coming back. Most of my boot buddies on Facebook didn’t know about Moe’s when I did a post. I’m wearing cowboy boots on the floor mat.
