It took 10 minutes for me to get a blizzard. By the time I actually got it, it was completely melted. There was absolutely no ice cream left at all. I was in drive through and there were only two cars ahead of me. I’m not sure what the problem was or what the first car ordered, but I do know the second cat, the one directly in front of me, only ordered ice cream as well. I would suggest, that if the first car had a complicated order the staff should have asked car one to pull forward and waited on car two and three. Or, maybe the staff should not make the ice cream for the second and third customers until the food order of the first customer is almost done.

This review is based on a dine in experience. We arrived on a Saturday evening and got right in to place our order. The restaurant was clean as well as the restroom. Staff was friendly. Food came up quick with maybe a 5 minute wait. The cars were stacked up in the drive threw line and most had to wait, however they also were moving along fairly quickly. Food was okay, at no fault of the staff. Food was hot. Quality was somewhat lacking. The rotisserie chicken bites were rubbery and had quite a bit of fat in one of the orders, while the next was pretty much all good. Fries were good. All in all, not a bad fast food restaurant.

My wife loves em but they get my order wrong almost everytime. Add insult to injury their response was exactly the same for my review of DQ as all the others I read. They care enough to send the same reply to everyone??? Guess they don’t care about their customers or they have the attitude of you get what we give you. No thanks DQ Tell city!

Went here to get dinner and ordered large fries and got a small handful, in fact I got the same amount as my wife who ordered a small and the amount she got was pathetic. Ordered and paid for extra gravy and got white water that spilled all over the place. If it was thick as it should have been it would not have gone everywhere like it did and ruined my rug. So long story short, I ordered two six piece boxes paid $23 and didnt get 5 dollars worth of service or food. Also, just to order, I had to wait several minutes for a group of them to get off break in the parking lot after the manager had to yell for them to come back in.

Went here for a late lunch and order and paid for extra gravy and it’s all clumpy and scorched, there wasn’t very much fries, and my chicken bites were salted. Let’s just say I didn’t eat any of this. Pretty disappointed I paid for food that I just had to throw out.

Blizzards are supposed to be made with vanilla icecream unless a special flavor. I ordered a heath and they added so much chocolate syrup (that I did not ask for) that is was inedible. Runny, more like a thick milk shake. Waste of money.
