The drink machine was dirty. The person who made my TURKEY sandwich cut my sandwich with a knife he previously cut a mozzarella sandwich with and I had marinara sauce on my turkey sandwich. I asked for it made again ever so calmly for the attitudes to just get disgusting in there. I suggest the firehouse off of 218 it’s much cleaner and way better customer service.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Firehouse Sub that left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I made a special trip to the store, driving quite a distance, with the intention of enjoying a delicious sub sandwich. However, upon arriving at the establishment at around 8:26 PM, I was shocked to find that the store had already closed its doors for the night.

I would like to give credit where credit is due……my Husband and I had a little situation and Mr. Jabor an the Manager Ms. Andrea were Very, Very Easy Going & Understanding….their Customer Service and Manerism towards us and other Customers were Exceptional……..besides their Delicious Sandwiches…..If you’re looking for Good Vibes, Great Food an a Pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to go…..You won’t be Disappointed….oh and we will Definitely be back…..Thanx again Guys for all your Help & keep up the Fantastic work of Representing Firehouse Subs Town Crest!!!!

The manager Andrea at this establishment is rude, snappy and she hung up on me when I was speaking to her. I’m sure this is not the Firehouse Sub way of business. I will not spend my money here anymore because of rude behavior from Andrea at this establishment. And I will also let my community know that they should not patronize this particular location any longer. Rude people are bad for business. At this point just close thos location down because I see management has always been problematic. And no one is benefitting from this location being open.

Firehouse is the best!! The associates behind the counter explained to me. The way the sandwiches are labeled on the receipt matches the number on the boxes. I was picking up lunch for managers. I wanted to make sure everyone food was correct.

Ordered large Engineer and before placing my order asked the guy behind the counter if the mushroom is fresh or from the can. He said it’s fresh and not from can. Got home start eating my sub and got disappointed cause the mushroom was made from the can fat from fresh. Your staff need to learn the menu by heart and need to learn what is fresh and what is from the can.
