Just got home in Keysville, from Bogangles, 6:30 PM Thursday afternoon, a guy took our order at the drive thru, ordered 8 pieces of chicken an 4 biscuits, get to the window to pay,a blonde girl says, she just got there, our order wasnt wrong up, we had to reorder, she then says we’re out of dark meat, we’ll give you wings, we said ok, she hands us the box an says you’ve got extra wings an breast. AT home, Open the box an its 8 chicken breast 4 dry biscuits. Guess they don’t know wings from Breast, the chicken breast were not fresh dry an barely warm, our last visit was great, not so this time

This Bojangles location is very welcoming and inviting. The food today was served hot and fresh. It tasted delicious! All staff interactions were positive. The shift leader Iris even came to our table to ask if she could help take away anything for us. Another staff person also asked if she could help me find anything, and she got me some mustard packets. I filled out a survey on a prior receipt and received and buy one get one free sausage biscuit. I recommend visiting this Bojangles!

The guy said 20 minutes but then 25 minutes later, I went inside to ask about update on my order, he gave an attitude and said “ I said about 20 minutes to cook the chicken breasts!” He had an attitude just bc I asked for an update. He was rude. I don’t think I will order from here ever again. All I did was ask nicely and he gave me an attitude bc I think they forgot about my order and I already paid for it. There were 4-5 people working so they certainly were not short staffed. It’s now been 35 minutes and still no chicken. That is why I am leaving this review bc I’m extremely disappointed.

Just dont even bother here. I got a 4 pc supreme combo and they forgot my biscuit, the fries were severely undercooked, the tea wasnt sweet and my tenders had soggy spots on the breading. I am so disappointed considering this meal costs $9.99. You can just tell nobody here cares

Awful service and a poor experience. This particular location had very poor service and did not accommodate any of my basic requests even after being told to remind the front window employee as told by the drive-thru employee. The tenders were half the size of regular tenders that I’ve received from any other Bojangles. Staff was also generally unpleasant. This is not the Bojangles I am familiar with.
