There was no one in the drive thru. I forgot to ask for cream. I get to the drive thru. She didn’t even have the drink started so I asked her for some cream. She darted the girl a look that was making the drink. Sorry pumping some cream in a drink is that inconvenient. Lol. Laziest and rude workers I’ve ever encountered. Blonde girl and dark girl with extensions need fired. I go to this place twice a day for the past five years because I work around the corner. They wont get my business ever again.

I really hate writing bad reviews but I don’t think I’ve ever had a Dunkin experience like the ones I’ve had at this location. No matter what I get the order is always either made wrong or I’m not given the correct items. The staff is always friendly but it seems to take them ten minutes with no one else in the line to make two iced coffees. And this isn’t just one time, it’s every time. I’ve learned my lesson with this location.

Yeah.. Just left there bc I really wanted hot chocolate, thought I would try the new cookie batter donuts, when I got home ab 8 minutes later the donuts were hard as a rock, 2 donuts and small hot chocolate cost almost $6 that was literally thrown out. I don’t often eat Dunkin, have had better, fresher donuts from giant eagle.

Depends on location. Recently equipment has been out of order for very popular items or items are sold out. I’ve noticed that eggs always taste “chemically”. Prices are odd, high on some things, reasonable on others. Employees are usually courteous and patient.
