I love Piada, and especially this location! I have a short lunch break, and always manage to get in and out of this location quickly! The staff members here are really outgoing – always smiling despite the hustle! My go to favorites are a Farmer’s Market Salad, pepperoni stick, and this delicious lemonade. Sometimes I come just for lemonade! You also can’t beat create your own pasta. Join the app – great rewards and coupons there too!

Food was absolutely delicious. Several options to choose from as well as proteins, extras like veggies and sauces. Everything was very fresh. Service was fast and the people working were very helpful and friendly. The Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade is a must try. I will definitely come back to try other their other options.

Food is good if and when they get your order right. For some reason they don’t want to sell you garlic dough or pepperoni sticks unless you repeatedly ask for them. They ask what protein you want and don’t even add it. This is what happens every time I go here. Got the avacado chop salad and no avacado was added make sure you check your food before you leave. I guarantee they will mess it up somehow. The crew here is terrible.

The piadas are really good. I love the concept of a pasta dish being in a wrap. I’ve eaten here at least once a week since moving to the falls last month. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The employees have always been friendly for the most part. The only issue I have, which is the same issue I have at any of these build your own type places like Chipotle, is the inconsistency. I mean it’s always good, but depending on who is working, sometimes it can be better than others. Luckily it’s only happened to me once, but there is one guy who works there that goes super skimpy on stuff. My wrap is usually a similar size, and his was like half the size I normally get. My girlfriend’s was also much smaller than it usually was. The pictures I posted were from today, and it was the normal size I’m used to and really good!

The Piada in Cuyahoga Falls is my favorite restaurant to go in North East Ohio. Service here is phenomenal, fast, and all the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I’d like to say a special thank you to Mallory and a few of the other workers who have been working here for a couple years. I appreciate you remembering my order (and my name!!). Thank you for genuinely asking how I am doing, being kind, and being sweet to me.. that isn’t always common practice for line style restaurants.
