This is by far the best looking store I have ever seen and I lived in New Orleans on the West Bank Monroe whoever painted that building bravo and go get some fully loaded fries Tell them Dr O sent you

I ordered a meal and some brownie cookies with soft serve at about 1 a.m. I never got the soft serve and they won’t even bother to answer the phone after calling multiple times like I know y’all hear it ringing. I’m not upset about the ice cream I’m more upset that they don’t even try to smile or anything. It’s a job, it pays some bills but come on y’all. Do better.

We love this place. Most of the time staff is friendly but sometimes you get a rude one that you can tell doesn’t want to be there . The food is prepared quickly and is not just thrown together and sloppy . My only issue is their parking lot has soooo many arrows going all directions and as a first visit it’s confusing . I also don’t understand why the pick up lane has the driver drive in with the food pickup window on the passenger side. If you are alone you are gonna have to get out to get your food.

Quick bite to eat with the mix and match deal. Fast service and the food came out fresh. The only thing I really had an issue with is the layout of the drive way and drive thru. It didn’t seem like there was much thought that went into the design layout and it’s very apparent when it gets busy because it backs up in the road. I drive an F150 and it was tight for me to navigate the drive through. Had to stop and back up after coming into the lot in order to get into the drive through path.

The food was good, and it came out in a timely manner, but the service and overall atmosphere are unwelcoming. From the lady working the window to the one that gave me my food, neither one was welcoming. This was my first and last experience with this particular Checkers by ULM. Hopefully, the one on 165 South is better.

The employees are violent. Tried to fight our daughter. Punched and smashed her food in front of her and threw it at her. Threatened her. And I promise she didn’t do anything to warrant the behavior. This place is going to fail with such thugs working here. Do not go here ever. People like this do not deserve business or a job.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the second time I tried out Checkers. I went 4 months ago and had a terrible experience so I thought we’ll maybe it’s because they are new and the crew is still learning….. Nope this time was worse. The employees were more worried about each others gossip then any customer. The girl at the window basically threw my food and never spoke to me because she to busy with the gossip inside the store. I promise this was my last visit here unless we get a whole new crew and management. Hungry folk Beware

This Checkers location claims they can only give out 3 packets of ketchup per bag of food. Despite having spent over $30 on 2 combo meals and extra sides. They crammed it all into one bag, but I guess we should have ordered everything in separate transactions to have enough ketchup. I can understand having limits, but that is ridiculous!

Decided to give it a try. Burger was “ok.” Fries and mini chicken nuggets were horrible. Apparently they fry everything in the same oil because the fries and nuggets had a sweet taste… kinda like funnel cakes!

I guess maybe I was disappointed because I was expecting so much more. My burger was blahhhh, the slice of cheese was cold and seemed to be right out the fridge and smacked on the burger. The loaded fries would of been good if canned nacho cheese wasn’t used. I’ll give them a low 2.
