Food always tastes better when you just came off the slopes. However, Base Camp could satisfy any appetite any time. I tricked out the grilled cheese with brisket and avocado. Making sure to steady dunk it in the tomato bisque. Paired with some parm truffle fries and washed down with an old fashioned, I’m in heaven. Jenine took care of us like family. Don’t pass this place up.

We had been skiing in the am…went to get appetizers and drinks. We were seated, waited over 10 minutes and no service. So as any man, I headed to the bar to get drinks. The bartender refused service at 11 am. Overall bad service and bartender needs some coaching in how to handle situations and ensuring his wait staff is ready for the day.

We visited this place on For 1time. It was really neat. The food was great, and our server was very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic. My boyfriend loves onion rings on their menu so much. There were a few items they didn’t have, but all-in- all, we were very pleased with our visit.

Made a reservation online for tonight and when we showed up, doors were locked and nobody was around. If they decided to close, a simple phone call would have been appreciated. Or simply turn off the reservation system. No class. No professionalism. Not worth returning. Too many other great restaurants in the village
