Well…. It’s Taco Bell. Service appeared good but lacked attention to our order. Was fast but incorrect. Nice dining area for a fast food diner, table tops feel sticky…. Think it’s the painting over without a good clear coat, used our trays as the table top.

We arrived around midnight on a Friday and was in the drive-thru for approximately 50 minutes. The person at the window was very friendly and apologized for the long wait time. The food was good and fresh.

Most of the time, this is the best Taco Bell nearby. Food is great, 25% it’s sloppy. The cinnamon twist tasted chemically (is it dirty oil?) , but today all the food was 10/10.

We ordered a few of the chicken sandwich tacos because I really enjoy them and the sauce on them. When we got home we opened them all and there was like no sauce on them at all. Whats the point in spending money if the employees can’t even put sauce on something that comes with it!?

I have a taco bell across the street from my house in downtown Granite City; I drive to this taco Bell when I want my food correct and good. They are open when they are supposed to be. They can read and count. Best taco bell for miles! Yay y’all!

This Taco Bell is the worst. Always long waits, they almost always forget at least one thing, and they struggle to make your food right almost always. My family ordered last night, through the app because my husband and son like to customize their food. You’d think they could get that right, an order in print not taken by a drive thru person, right?! Nope, none of my husband’s 4 items were made as requested and they forgot one of my son’s items, per usual. The attached photo is the look of food you get when you upset them by customizing. All of this AND we waited 25 minutes for said order. Nothing from here even tastes that good! Just skip it!

Can’t read an order and follow directions. Ordered items without sauce, it had a ton of sauce on it. Missing items that were ordered. Won’t process a refund or take any accountability for their mistakes. Only option I was given was to drive back up for a new order.
