I visited Hardee’s in Clinton,TN. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to order I had to wait about two minutes, I finally said hello, I was told in a rude manner to give him a minute, there was only one other car in the parking lot. Finally, I was able to place my order, and then I was told to pull in a parking spot they would bring out my order, and I also asked for salt and ketchup. When the same rude guy brought my order, there was no salt,ketchup, napkins, or a straw for my drink. The chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like very old grease. I will never eat there again!!! If this rude guy doesn’t want to work there, he needs to quit and filtering grease more than they should is wrong!!!

Hardee’s use to have the best gravy and biscuit. Not this time. The gravy was like water, so my husband went and ordered more gravy, same thing. It normally has sausage in it too, but not this time. So disappointed.

The food is ok, the drinks you can always count on are always flat, and the staff straight up ignore you at the window. I had to hold up the drive-thru to the point of backing them up because our drink was flat. And we tried flagging them down only to get dirty looks and them hiding their face with their bangs(are also hanging outside of her visor and not considered safe by any health department.) and looking at the coupons. The minute they think we’ve gone they try to hand us the next cars order instead of a three second fix. I totally don’t recommend this place anymore and that’s sad because this was one of my favorite breakfast stops In Clinton. Fix the problems I’ll happily fix my review.

This is our favorite Hardee’s but we ordered by the app and our orders weren’t specialized as requested. My husband hates ketchup and mayo and we always request it be left off. My dog was happy because his plain burger was perfect but the others weren’t. Will still go here though for the great burgers!

We ordered a hamburger and star meal. The general manager was there counting money. We ate and still never received our fries. They said they would bring them out but didn’t instead all three employees were outside talking and smoking. We asked because the fry timer kept going but GM was oblivious. We said Keep them as we weren’t waiting any longer. Last visit there.
