Came at 4:20 AM, when they said they’re open (4:00 AM).. staff ignored me for 10 minutes. Then when I went to order , The guy said he has nothing ready. Came back 30 minutes later, ignored again for another five minutes, attempted to me order breakfast, was told “the kitchen is closed “… It’s no longer 24 hours, closes earlier than website shows. Opens later than supposed to. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts around.

Good place for quality service. We’re out of a few things but accommodated me with other options. Even the cashier was clean and changed his gloves after handling cash . I love visiting this location when I come to town because of fresh quality. Just please note for me Put a employee at each station to maximize productivity.

I love most of the staff here one stands out for me, is Ambre ( I think she is a manager) she is a ray of sunshine and always sweet and has a warm smile, kind words along with my coffee is something I look forward to in the mornings. The staff greet you with smiles and the reward points often cause me some stress but the staff always handles it with professionalism when an error is made they make sure you leave satisficed.

First off, I went through the drive through and was told to hold on. 5 minutes pass by and still waiting while I can hear the workers conversation and them laughing as I waited patiently to be attended to. Second, I requested a sandwich and donuts and was told that they are not serving food meanwhile, there are customers inside the store eating. I purposely drove to the front of the store to double check and to my surprise, there were bagels, donuts, and muffins available. It was 8:42pm to be exact and the store closes at 10pm meaning that I should have been able to purchase a food item. What kind of business are you guys running? You need new employees.

They have roaches living in the latte machine and the stuff that’s supposed to get thrown out and fresh bakes in the morning I was an employee there they set me up to loose my job falsely accusing me of taking money because im African American well they found out who it was and did not apologize to me or offer me my job back they are nasty they come off as good people they didn’t even look into the situation before firing me when everybody uses the registers one of the best employees and one on the mangers stole blamed it on a innocent worker and they moved the manager to a different location pretending they fired him
