I love panda express normally, but lately especially with this specific location I’ve had issues. They didn’t listen very well when I ask for a half FRIED RICE and chow mein instead they gave me white rice. Then I asked for ragoons as one of my entrée and as a side order being 6 total ragoons and I was only handed one order total of 3. For all this I had sent my fiancé in for with a detailed text to help him. I was very disappointed to also find out after getting home that they had also not listened when I wanted teriyaki chicken not two orders of orange chicken. So slow down its just food I’d rather you get my order correct the first time and take a little longer then to receive the wrong order fast.

In Mushroom chicken they served only mushroom and when I ask they said it’s inside which I couldn’t fine. The manager was very rude and also saw manager eating with her hands from the kitchen. Wow that’s terrible. I will never ever go to Panda Express again. The customer service was the worst ever I have seen in the US.

Wow, this place is seriously a waste. It used to be halfway decent many years ago, but now, you have to watch your order like a hawk to make sure they don’t forget things or give you a suuuper tiny portion. Here’s what I mean… Tonight my husband went to pick up food for our family. It’s hard to keep track when you’re ordering a lot of meals, but it shouldn’t be up to the customer to make sure they get everything ordered. So here’s how it all turned out. The teriyaki chicken had zero sauce cup in the bag and none on the chicken either. The super greens, on their website it shows that it’s like 90% broccoli with some kale and cabbage in it, yeah… Try 95% cabbage with a few flecks of kale and ZERO broccoli! See my photo of that one! The mushroom chicken was about three tablespoons of food with NO CHICKEN IN IT! Well, if you want to count the small sliver of chicken that I found in it, it had one piece. It was almost entirely mushrooms. What an absolute joke! I posted a pic of that too. Really disappointing.

Waited in line for over 20 min while they made togo orders instead of helping the customers in the store. Togo orders are more important than the dine customers. Horrible service.

The “Chicken” (orange, fire, kung pao all of it) was actually just gluey blobs of cornstarch containing tasteless little chunks of chicken. Quite disgusting. I don’t think I will eat at a panda express again. What used to be good is bad.

On a Friday night or any busy time you shouldn’t even bother to order ahead because the staff at this location prioritize the people in line. Waited 40 minutes (beyond the pick up time I selected) for my order. A customer who arrived and got in line when my order should have been ready waited in a very long line, paid for her food, and ate almost her entire meal before my pre ordered food was ready. Staff’s only response was “We have a lot of orders”. Same staff ringing customers up at the register were apparently responsible for to-go orders… suggest rethinking this set up when it gets busy. Maybe have someone on duty who can delegate in a way that doesn’t leave take out and delivery service customers out to dry.
