If I could do zero stars I would. Customer service was awful. When taking my order they failed to ask any questions about sauces or how we wanted our food. Thank goodness I don’t have food allergies. Their sauces cost a dollar per pack and they can’t remember what you asked for either.

My son and I ate there today. You could hear someone yelling and cussing at one of their young employees in the kitchen. I can only guess the person might be in a management position. She used the F word several times and we were not the only customers there. We will not be going back. If I knew who to report this behavior to I would. I am sure your young employees don’t get paid that much and if that was my child you were speaking to there would be a problem. Very unprofessional on your part.

First of all, how can a company have an online menu and not go by that menus prices? A 4 piece chicken strip basket online is $7.89 but turns into $10+ when I got there to pick it up. They told me they don’t go by those prices. The chicken was cooked too long and hard as a rock. DQ on Gilmer Rd in Longview, Texas did this. I will never go to a DQ again!! Any DQ!!

Love their HEATH BLIZZARD. IT’S absolutely the BEST!!! Better than Sonic. They don’t have the Heath and normally they put too many M&Ms in. My opinion. Either ONE IS VERY GOOD!
