Stopped by with my wife for breakfast this morning (10 June 2022). I got the burrito ranchero With green and my better half got the 2 egg breakfast. Mine was phenomenal, good flavor and the green chili sauce was very flavorful with enough spice to make it very good. The 2 egg breakfast came with the eggs cooked perfectly and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere inside was very pleasing to us. History on display throughout and you can tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend and we’ll be stopping by anytime we’re in town.

Great place for affordable breakfast. About $6 a plate for smothered burritos. They have pancakes, French toast and staples like eggs, bacon and sausage. Fast service and no waiting for the check, just go and pay at the counter whenever you’re ready to go

Viola’s is a must stop for breakfast or lunch when you are in Los Alamos. The staff is just amazing! They are friendly and very efficient! The daily special is always an easy go to choice. I highly recommend trying them out and go with the GREEN CHILE!
