The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are very rude. I walked inside and was patiently waiting for an employee to come take my order, there was atleast 4 of them gathered in the drive thru and I continued to wait for a solid 5 minutes. I decided to just go somewhere else so I started to walk out and one of the female employees YELLS “I was about to take your order but bye.” I am not confrontational at all so I kept walking. I was trying to be understanding which is why I left quietly but I just couldn’t believe the smart a** remark the employee made.

NO STARS!! We walked into the DQ…we were the only customers at counter and no one would take our order. Five employees behind counter chatting and no one would wait on us. I have tried to call the phone number but it is not taking calls???? worst experience ever. They did yell ‘bye’ when we left after standing there for several minutes. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

The place was dirty, the employees looked dirty, the womens bathroom was gross especially the toilet. Starting to see this more and more, owners and employees who treat the facility like its in a third world country and the “Brand” not caring enough to know about it and correct it.

Update: 5/18/23. I want to brag on a young man who served us tonight, Tristan. Yes he’s fairly new but he was absolutely rocking it. They were short staffed plus very busy and the girls working in there had NO hustle whatsoever. But, Tristan maned the register, ran food that was handed to him, made fresh ice creams as fast as possible, and still managed to be polite. A nice young man for nightshift indeed.

Yes I was at the DQ is Zebulon at 8 pm last night ordered at hot fudge Sunday and waited forever for the cars in from of me. When I got the ice-cream and opened the top it had melted and went allover my car and made a huge mess and then the fudge tasted like Coffee which I hate. VERY disappointed! Been trying to call and leave message, the voicemail is full!!! Do Better!
