Love this place so much! Sumo boy is hands down the best restaurant to get sushi anywhere around, they have a huge variety of rolls and the fish always tastes fresh. Some of my family doesn’t like raw fish, so we often get the cooked meals too, they have teriyaki, all kinds of soups and salads, noodle bowls, etc..

My family and I are regulars here. I get the chicken Katsu its a really good Japanese dish with what id say is like a tangy barbecue sauce my wife gets sushi and my kids get the kids platter or a stir fry noodle. Everyone loves it we all kinda share and everything I’ve had was pretty damn good . Not an expensive meal for the 5 of us and we’ve been eating here for years.

Just went here for lunch and I have to say, the food is delicious l. I absolutely love it, and the workers were incredibly nice . I was recommended by a friend who raved about the chicken teriyaki, but I got some dumpling appetizers and the sushi lunch special instead, which included 3 rolls and a soup of my choice. Some of the best sushi I’ve had, and such a good deal. Will be going back!!

Last night I ordered two rounds of the California roll and some of the miso soup. The service offered was great and I got the order in less than 15 minutes. About an hour and a half after consumption I got so ill that I spent the whole night going in and out of the bathroom. I had a case really bad food poisoning.

Even though their dining room is closed, the staff was very friendly. I had the eel and avocado roll and the steamed shrimp dumplings. Delicious! Very fresh. The dumplings tasted like they were made from scratch. Very tender! Good job, Sumo boy! I’ll be back.

Was expecting good food and was super disappointed. The ginger dressing was nuclear orange, the sushi had an odd flavor and texture, the mushroom soup was dark brown????? Why??? The noodles with beef was hardly edible. And green peppers in everything! Holy sh— I’ve never disliked something so much. Waste of money, a lot of money too! Blue fin & Ginger sushi forever. Learned my lesson.

The man working there is Outright disrespectful June 28 it’s Tuesday I just stopped in they are still not accepting dine in , the male worker is a smart mouth , pretty snarky attitude about receiving my $35 for the bill costing $32.XX and having to bring me change – how remedial …. basically ask me to provide exact change saying he wants some 1$bills bc he closed the register 30 minutes before closing time dispite the sign saying open and taking my order as well, my previous visit wasn’t very appropriate either. I asked if there’s yellowfin tuna available, he proceeds to smack his lips and says. “”what kinda questions are you asking ??” With a snobby attitude

I adore this place. Whether picking up or eating in, you get super fresh sushi. It’s seriously amazing every time and I’m always impressed. If you’re new to sushi, try any of the cucumber avocado rolls because it’s definitely a good introduction and the combo is fantastic. They have amazing deals depending on the day of the week. I highly recommend this place. For the quality and amount of food you get it’s well worth it
