I don’t go to Arby’s often but decided to go a few nights ago. I didn’t go in, I used the drive through so I can’t review the inside. It was a little busy but the worker who took my order was extremely polite and professional while I was making up my mind. I have had Fast Food workers get angry if I take too long deciding what to order. I hadn’t been to Arby’s in a while, so it took me about 30 seconds to decide. I do have one complaint. I paid 10 dollars for the Beef and Cheddar meal, the fries were cold and the sandwich was barely warm. Overall, it was decent. Hopefully, the next time I come back, the food will be hot.

Honestly better than a lot of fast food places, I love my time here. Here the staff was great, the food was great, the ambience was great and overall the experience was great. Was great. The fries were perfect, the burgers were cheesy and everything seemed freshly made. Made. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to have great burgers and fries. 10/10. Would visit again.

It’s a shame there’s NO WORK ETHIC these days. They were not busy at all. Only one car ahead of me, which waiting longer than normal timing. I proceed to window & waited a stupid amount of time myself. The whole time I waited there was a bag sitting there(me not knowing it’s mine) a good 10 minutes. And let me add the worker was just walking around & on/off his phone. He comes to the window with bag & confirms order which wasn’t mine then looks at the other bag which mind you been sitting there the whole time I was & hands it to me. I said you mean to tell me the whole time I sat while you walked around(10 min) that was my bag? All he had to say was YES… no apologies, no nothing. For now on, I will not be giving my money up until I’m handed my food.

If you’re looking for a quick meal, this Arby’s is great. The staff is super friendly, and courteous. Avoid the McDonald’s across the street like the plague. they’re always pumping out hot and ready food.

– 2/15/2023- around 1:45PM Young lady on speaker acknowledged my order on the speaker, then started arguing with someone at the window about their bag contents, when I finally got to the window 15 minutes later, my order wasn’t taken or ready, she said “I must have jumped the line” I told her word for word what she said to me and the customer she was arguing with ” she just laughed like it was some joke, Obviously, 15 minutes wasted and no lunch, Rude people
