I was happy to get my ultimate favorite drink at this location- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero. My usual Taco Bell location has been out of this product for over a month. The food is average like any Taco Bell. My favorite is the box lunch with a Chalupa and hard shell taco. The service on my visit was very good and quick.

As I eat, I watch 3 of the employees playing on their phone with the same gloves that they were making food with. Not once did she change out gloves. She made 5 or so orders while i was at the store and held her phone the entire time. I watched this lady walk out into the lobby to grab a drink and pick up a few tables, then throw the trash away, then back behind the counter to make food. Not only did she make food, but she was eating food with the SAME GLOVES ON!!!! All the staff was back behind the counter, it seemed like it’s something that happens daily manager never said a word 2 anyone. Taco Bell already gets a bad wrap, and I can see why now. My go to place after 10 because it’s open late and it’s less than a minute from my apartment, but if you customize your order it might as well be written in Mayan because it’s almost never right. If you want hot sauce it’s about a 40% chance you actually get any sort of sauce. I’ve been robbed of sauce, drink upgrades, customizations, and even specialty tacos before. After 8pm don’t expect any order over $10 to have exactly what you want. I don’t know if it’s the apps fault or the staff but regardless, it’s a constant disappointment.

A busy place at lunch time. To be expected. Employees however are rude, every time I come here for lunch when working in the area, I never get my ice coffee I order, I patiently wait for someone to help me, never do I get an apology, and then my drinks given only half full?! I still thank them, and with no response. Not a huge deal, for a 1 time experience, but we’re on a half dozen now, and it’s gonna be the last time

This location has always satisfied my cravings and gone beyond on special requests. The nice staff is pleasant and often a bit more fun than a typical drive thru. Seems to be good management creating a better work environment. I drive 2 miles further for this location.

For a family place it’s discouraging to come in and hear Eminem playing loudly on a speaker from the kitchen staff. Cuss words and innapropriate sayings coming on every few seconds. It’s the last thing my child should be hearing. Too bad management doesn’t care and let it happen.

I didn’t drink any of my slushy because something just tasted wrong and this one guy with long greasy hair flipped because I put it back on the table and said that something is wrong and I left. Now I came back today and he said to not make a mess this time and said smth else under his breath and laughed and continued to mess up are order. This guy is a goof.
