6-24-23 I went inside thinking the order would be correct since I’ve had no luck with the drive-thru. I ordered a burger with no cheese. I ended up with a burnt, dry, cold, disgusting looking thing with extra cheese that ended up in the garbage. The fries were old, cold, and so much salt they were so unappetizing I threw them out as well. $12 down the toilet and only had a pop to show for it. The lady who waited on me at the counter was very friendly. However , she handled money and then touched the food while serving up the disgusting french fries. I can’t believe they served me such bad food. 3 strikes your out. Never going back.

Used to be a solid Wendy’s, but recently has gone completely downhill. Last few times trying to go they haven’t had nuggets. Then tonight I go they finally have nuggets, but get both of the burgers on my order wrong. I go back to get the burgers replaced only to get home open my new burger that is supposed to be “correct” have a huge hair melted into the cheese. Absolutely brutal.

I waited 22 minutes just for my order to be taken and to get up to the pay window. Just to have the clerk give me attitude with I asked what’s up with the long wait times. It took another 7 minutes for my food to get to me. No receipt. Called manager to discuss this with him and he is playing with me and then hangs up on me. Save yourself your money don’t go this place. Oh by the way. The food wasn’t even edible.

I stop here occasionally on busy days when I need a snack, and lately, all I get is old/oily fries and nuggets.. They clearly re-dip the nuggets and fries in grease if they’re cold, and it makes them disqusting. I’d gladly wait for fresh stuff, but they rarely ever offer this as an option and give out dark brown fries and also sometimes nuggets that taste like pure oil. Last time, I went in and asked for new fries and got a new box of warm, double dipped in oil fries.. Think that was my last stop at this Wendy’s..

I don’t know how a burger can be burnt and stone cold but this Wendy’s made it happen. Not with one or two, but all three of the burgers we ordered were. We wanted baked potatoes they told us that they’re out. So then we ordered a large fry instead and they told us they only has medium containers. Went to order frostys and they again told us they’re out, like seriously?…. Management really needs to step up and get some better workers in there, because judging by the additudes of their employees they just didn’t feel like making anything.

The breakfast sandwich was good. The coffee is very good. However the lunch/dinner is mediocre at best. The spicy chicken was alright. I don’t think it stayed under the heat lamp very long. The hamburger was like dog food both in look and flavor. Soggy bun, lukewarm burger, wilted lettuce. It is what I expect from any and all fast food restaurants. AKA. Gack Shacks…✌️

Bought 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, 1 fry no salt, and a couple frostys. The fries were good, at least they came unsalted for once, and the frostys were good. The chicken sandwiches on the other hand were not good at all. They used to be really good, but not any more. They were barely warm, dried out, and the size of sliders. And if there’s more than one car in line, be prepared to wait awhile. This was at the Wendy’s on Center Ave in Essexville. The one on Euclid isn’t much better. We don’t eat out too often, but when we do, that was are go to place for a quick sandwich… not any more.
