I’m giving a 3 star for the quality of the food. The customer service is fine. No complaints there, however you can taste the difference in the food whenever someone else cooks. I do enjoy the service I receive so I try to give several chances before going to someone else. When the children of the shop owners prepare the food their inexperience in cooking can be seen and tasted in the food. Simple orders like fried chicken wings and fried rice comes out over done and the rice with not much flavor. This place is mostly a hit or miss for me but I would still encourage others to visit them.

The rice and sauces were good, but as for the food, I’m done. Their chicken tastes more like jerky. Old and chewy. It’s like it was cooked last week and served because they wanted to get rid of it. They seem to be nice people on the phone. SMH I’m not sure about the other food options. I gave this restaurant good money+ and their driver was great so I gave him a $10 tip. The quality of the food was not his fault. I let some time pass before ordering again from Hunan. Today I tried them again and it happened again. This is the 3rd and last time! Serve fresh meat Hunan. Stop it! I can get jerky from the gas station. If you want good fresh chicken, try another restaurant. You have been warned! I don’t write bad reviews unless I have had it. I’ve had it.

I’ve been eating here for most of my life and they have the best dumplings hands down. They give you about 7 and they are big nothing like those little potstickers other places give you. The staff are extremely friendly and nice and always talk to me when I come in

Their version of vegetable chow mein is horrible! The peppered steak with onions is not good either. The meat tasted old and there was zero pepper cooked with it. Spring rolls and egg roll was not good and tasted bland. I had throw a lot of the food away because it was not eatable. If you have a choice between their food or eating cereal, eat the cereal! Their food is not worth it!! Overly priced for bad food!! Stay the fudge away!!

I’ve eaten here a couple times now. Once was a walk in for some wings. The second was for delivery. The delivery was fast and the food is amazing. They give traditional combinations a professional flavor. There buffalo wings should be deemed Buckaroe wings.

Excellent! They advertise no MSG and they actually don’t cook with it as they promise. I ordered from Good Fortune and it was total Misfortune(avoid Good Fortune with all cost). Food is priced well and always fresh. Thanks for such great food I will not stray again, I am truly sorry to have tried anyone else. You are the best!
