Customer service from Jenny was good. Food quality & quantity was subpar. Fountain drinks lacked syrup or completely out. Unsweetened tea was sweet and Sweet tea was unsweetened. Not the best experience I’ve ever had from Charlie’s. I’ll stick to going on the military base for those prices.

I know that it’s pretty common for food to look not exactly like the pictures advertised in the restaurant, but oh my lord, when I got my sandwich, I think I could’ve been more satisfied and full off of a simple sandwich from home. I had more cheese on my Philly than anything else, it was SO skimpy. I paid almost $10 for absolutely nothing. This is the 3rd time giving this location a chance, I honestly don’t think it’s going to upgrade anytime soon.

Got some food for my family and the lady at the register was super nice and did everything correctly. One of our orders was messed up so I let them know and the woman in the back Rachel rudely asked if she wanted us to remove the vegetables or make us a new one as if it was our fault when the receipt is correct on what we ordered. I asked that she make us a new one and it took 20 minutes for the new one when I asked for an update the manager walked by and asked what happened so I let him know and Rachel buds in and rolls her eyes at me and says it was a mistake on her part walks away. If it wasn’t for Rachel’s profanity and attitude it would have been a great experience.

I waited about 15 min for my order when there was only one small order ahead of mine. There is no sense of urgency in this kitchen. Everybody seems to me moping around like there isn’t anything to do. My food got cold in the time that it took to bag the order. Fries were cold like they were for a previous order but to much was dropped. First bad experience with Charley’s and I definitely will not be returning to this location if any. Very upsetting because I love Charlie’s.

This is the first time my wife and I have eaten here. I ordered a chicken Philly and a Philly cheesesteak combo. When we opened our order we had 2 philly combos so we went back. My wife went inside to tell them they made a mistake. The lady at the counter went and looked our order up on the computer and said no you ordered 2 philly combos. So in order for my wife to eat we had to order a third sandwich. This place is money driven and not service driven. Because she put the order into the computer wrong we had to buy another sandwich where if I went to McDonalds they would just replace it. Make sure you double check your receipts if you do decide to eat here. Although the food was good I will not be back.
