This place was in chaos. I ordered online, went there 5 minutes after getting notified my order was ready about 30 minutes later. Probably about 15 people in their tiny lobby waiting for orders. Order tickets were all over the place so instead they were pulling any random pizza off the shelf to give to people. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told my order was still being prepared. Clearly they had given my original order to someone else in the madness and wanted me to wait until they made another one.

2nd time my family orders 6 pizzas in this location not enough pizza sauce in the dough , pizza burn , the toppings for sausage and pineapple was not enough for the entire pizza and pizza was not sliced all the way inside if these people working in this restaurant hate their job they should not work here my guess in my house dislike the pizza I think little Caesars pizza is better down the street lake and orange grove they do a better job I’m so disappointed in the staff dominos pizza on Los Robles and Woodbury in Altadena

I originally gave this a 1 star review because the pizza was very dry. It turned out to be Brooklyn style. I had ordered a hand tossed pizza on the website, but I did not realize that the receipt showed Brooklyn. The pizza that we received was an overdone dry thin pizza crust. It was as if we were eating cardboard. It was the worst pizza that we have ever eaten. I should have called them up, but to complain after seeing the pizza. We gave the very dry pizza crust to our dogs, and because they would eat anything it was just like having a dog bone treat. Note to anyone thinking of getting the pizza. Check your pizza before you leave and if you get home without checking, call them up right away.

The pizza was delicious and the lady who cooked it even washed her hands but one of the slices had something real hot on it cause my tongue was burning the whole day. One lady who have been there for a while wasn’t washing her hands after she was handling money, rubbing, and scratching her arms. I’ll get her name next time
